It was brought to my attention this morning that my RSS subscribe button was not working. I have now replaced it, and it is working. I have also added a subscription via Bloglines as well.

Hi Kristen – I wandered over via fibrejinx where I saw your comment about the monkeys – I used this pattern – http://akaijen.typepad.com/jen_knits/pattern_los_monos_locos_t.html – it’s a toe-up one – not sure how you feel about that, but it takes away all the purl stitches (I hate purling at the end of a row on sock needles I feel I can never get the stitches tight enough). You could maybe adapt it for top down. Your Lizard Ridge blanket looks lovely – I started one ages ago but have only done 3 squares to date – maybe yours is just the inspiration I am looking for!
